Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and payment.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

  • NB: Shipment will ONLY be initiated once receipt of payment is confirmed by us.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Nigeria (Domestic): 2–5 business days

  • Africa (Regional): 5–10 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use this number to track your shipment’s status in real time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Lucia de Luxe is not responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply to international shipments. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to meet the stated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors (e.g., logistics disruptions, customs clearance, etc.).

Missing or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery  and we will assist you promptly.
