1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.

    • In the original packaging, with tags and seals intact.

  • Items marked final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item delivered was incorrect or damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, and credited to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, contact via email.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
